Dr. Syeda Madani, DO
BOARD-CERTIFIED ANESTHESIOLOGIST · LONGEVITY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN
About Me
I'm a board-certified anesthesiologist and the founding physician of BluePath Longevity, where I bring a systems-level clinical lens — built over years in some of the highest-stakes rooms in medicine — to the practice of helping people age well.
As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, my training has always emphasized treating the whole person rather than isolated symptoms — understanding how every system in the body works together, not in silos. I trained in anesthesia at Loyola University Medical Center, where I developed a deep, hands-on understanding of the body's resilience, its limits, and how quickly things can change when they're not being watched closely. That training shaped how I think about medicine to this day: read the data in real time, act with precision, and never wait until a crisis forces your hand.
I went on to serve as a Clinical Associate Professor, teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians, before returning to clinical practice. Today I continue to practice anesthesia at Loyola University Medical Center and hold a staff role at Northwestern Delnor Hospital — work that keeps me directly connected to acute, high-stakes medicine even as I've built a practice focused on prevention.
On a personal level, I watched people I care about decline in ways that felt both preventable and unsupported. That experience is what pulled me toward longevity medicine — not just adding years to life, but preserving the energy, independence, and clarity that make those years worth living.
At BluePath Longevity, my approach starts with advanced diagnostics and in-depth lab analysis — uncovering risk early, before it becomes disease, rather than waiting for symptoms to appear. From there, I build a personalized path to optimization: hormone optimization, GLP-1 and weight management protocols, and precision biomarker tracking, all aimed at real, felt outcomes — better energy, deeper sleep, and a longer, higher-functioning healthspan. I continue to train alongside leaders in longevity and performance medicine to keep my protocols at the forefront of the field.
My philosophy of care is built on partnership, personalization, and empowerment. I work with each patient to understand their unique needs and goals, so they leave every visit with a clear plan and a real sense of control over their own health.
It is my privilege to walk alongside you toward your healthiest, most vibrant years.

As an osteopathic physician, I’ve always believed that health is about the whole person, not just lab values or isolated symptoms, but how everything works together.
That means looking at the full picture: metabolic health, hormones, sleep, cognitive function, stress, and lifestyle. It also means recognizing that your health has to fit your life. The most effective plan is one that is both precise and sustainable.
Longevity, to me, isn’t just about adding years but about maintaining energy, clarity, and strength over time. My role is to help you build that foundation in a way that feels personalized, thoughtful, and aligned with who you are.
