About Us
We’re Dr. Chhadia and Dr. Madani - physicians, anesthesiologists, and long-time colleagues who have spent over four decades guiding patients through some of the most vulnerable, high-stakes moments of their lives.
In the operating room, every second matters. We became experts in interpreting complex physiologic data: monitoring vital signs, synthesizing labs, leveraging tools like ultrasound and echocardiograms - all to make split-second decisions that could change outcomes. Precision, vigilance, and proactive intervention were second nature.
But outside the OR, we shared something else: a passion for long-term health and longevity. Over the years, our conversations expanded beyond the acute care setting. We began to ask a different question - not just how to get patients through a crisis, but how to help them avoid it in the first place.
What if we could apply our skills - our ability to weave together real-time data, uncover hidden patterns, and act decisively - not just in moments of crisis, but earlier? What if we could use everything we know to shift the trajectory of someone’s health, long before they ever became a surgical patient?
That’s how BluePath Longevity was born
Unlike traditional primary care, where patients are seen once or twice a year and a few basic labs are drawn, our approach is dynamic and data-driven. We specialize in tracking real-time biomarkers, making timely adjustments, and integrating multiple data points to create a full picture of your health.
It’s a level of precision and responsiveness that few other longevity clinics offer - because few physicians have our background.
At BluePath, we’ve built a place where science, technology, and human connection come together. Where patients have access to high-level diagnostics, expert interpretation, and personalized strategies designed not just to extend lifespan, but to enhance life.
This clinic is the result of our shared experience, passion, and vision - to make the best of what medicine has to offer more accessible to more people, and to help our community thrive for decades to come.
