I’ve always believed the best medicine blends advanced skill with genuine care and intention. As a board-certified anesthesiologist for over twenty years, I guided patients through some of their most vulnerable moments: earning their trust, offering calm in uncertainty, and making decisions that had real impact on their lives and families. Those years sharpened my ability to interpret complex data quickly, act with precision, and never lose sight of the human being behind every chart.

Over time, I began to notice a pattern. So many of my patients reminded me of myself or my loved ones: people trying hard to stay healthy, doing all the “right” things, yet stuck in a system that waited for problems instead of helping prevent them. The fatigue, brain fog, stubborn weight, restless nights, and constant stress were brushed off as “normal aging” or “just being busy.” In reality, these were early warning signs; signals that the body needed attention long before crisis struck.

I wanted something better for my patients; a more proactive, forward-looking approach to health. This led me to focus on longevity medicine and what is often called Medicine 3.0: helping people prevent problems before they arise and proactively preserve their energy, resilience, and vitality for the long haul.

I trained at the University of Chicago, where I also served as a Clinical Associate Professor for the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care, guiding and mentoring the next generation of physicians. Seeking a more comprehensive and forward-looking approach for my patients, I went on to pursue advanced education through Harvard Medical School in metabolic and obesity medicine. To remain at the forefront of longevity science, I regularly participate in leading national conferences and am honored to be invited to private gatherings with visionaries such as Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, and Rhonda Patrick. Learning directly from these experts allows me to stay closely connected to the latest advances - insights I translate into practical, personalized strategies for my patients.

My approach at BluePath Longevity is rooted in personalization and empowerment. I want my patients to understand their biology, make informed decisions, and feel confident in their health journey. Longevity medicine isn’t just about adding years - it’s about making each year as vibrant and healthy as possible.

At home, I share this commitment to improving lives with my husband, an orthopedic surgeon. Together, we’ve dedicated our careers to advancing health and wellness, while raising four children who keep us active and grounded. As a family, we love skiing, hiking, and staying connected to the outdoors - living the same values of wellness and balance that I bring into my practice.

Every patient’s journey is unique, and I’m excited to translate the latest discoveries in longevity science into personalized strategies that support your health, energy, and confidence. I’m honored to partner with you on this path - helping you sustain vitality, strength, and well-being at every stage of life.
